Commissions

Tracking
Our tracking mechanism is simple, accurate and reliable. Tracking is done via a 6-7 digit Client ID number appended to the back of the URL, with no cookie window or redirects. We credit all bookings made through a link with your Client ID to you - no fuss.

Reporting and analytics
Our online reporting tool makes it easy to track your bookings, commission earnings, and commission pay-outs. For affiliates tracking keyword conversions and campaign effectiveness, we support Google analytics. Simply send us your account number.

Payment
Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th, via check or bank transfer. Accounts earning less than $50 in commissions during the current month will continue to accrue and will be paid according to the monthly schedule once the $50 threshold is met.

Commission rates
We offer attractive commission rates on every booking your customer makes, after cancellations. Below is a quick reference of starting commission levels. For details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions during sign-up.

  • Merchant Hotel: 5% (Merchant hotels are paid by the customer at the time of the booking)
  • Agency Hotel: 50% of the commission collected from the hotel (Agency hotels are secured with a credit card at the time of the booking and paid when the customer checks out of the hotel)
  • Air: $0 (Only available with API Integration)
  • Car: $0 (Only available with API Integration)

*Marketing commission percentages are calculated from the base reservation excluding taxes and fees
