Flight attendant was very accommodating in reseating us to be more comfortable.
Trip was uneventful but long.
Washrooms don't have hot water. All washrooms need hot water. Also, seat headrest is uncomfortable because it tips your head/neck forward, which is not good for many hours and rather uncomfortable.
I didn’t like that our original outbound itinerary was cancelled and we had to scramble a week before our flight to reschedule our Delta flights which had us fly southeast to then go northwest to our destination. Also,’it wasn’t made clear why we couldn’t reserve seats on our return flight with Air Canada. In the end they did honor our seat choices on Air Canada but we weren’t able to confirm that online. We had the uncertainty until we showed up at the airport. Air Canada was a comfortable flight though.
Excellent value for money.
Wifi didn’t work
A light complimentary snack would be appreciated! This flight was 5 hours long and international. There should be some sort of snack provided other than a beverage.
Though one bag didn’t make it from our layover to final destination with us, they were able to track it quickly, locate, and deliver to our door the next day
It was an hour late but otherwise it was a Great flight!
